INGREDIENTS
I used oat flour because I didn't have any whole wheat flour. I just putted oats in my blender
And blended until it got the consistency of a flour
All the ingredients
Put oil and water together in a tall glass
Mix
Mix everything else together except the cheese and then add the water/oil mix
Mix together
Take 2 baking paper sheets
Divide your dough into 2 and put one on each
Put baking paper on top of the dough
Roll out very thin
Like so
Put graded cheese on top
Cut into squares with a pizza cutter
Move on to a baking tray
Take out of the oven when golden brown about 15min
Store in a airtight container and enjoy!
Great for a to go snack
- 3 dl whole wheat flour/ oat flour
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl Pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl flax seed
- 1 dl oatmeal
- 1 dl sesame seed
- 1 dl oil
- 2 dl water or more if your dough is too dry
