Gather your supplies 👌
Place 2 cups of raw almonds into the food processor and blitz until the almonds are broken up roughly.
They should look similar to this 👍
Make sure you remove all the pips from the dates.
Add 3 tablespoons of cacao powder to the almonds, along with a pinch of sea salt.
Add the coconut butter and the Medjool dates and blend until well incorporated.
Line a 15cm x 15cm pan with baking paper.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water so that it sticks together well.
Press firmly into the tray and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Once the brownies have set, remove from the pan and cut into squares as big as you like. Enjoy 😄
