Gather Your Materials
Preheat oven at 420°F or 220°C (Varies)
Wash Your Potatoes (Obviously)
Peel Your Potatoes
Cut Your Potatoes (In half-then cut the long way)
Your bowl should have 2 teaspoons of sea salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper and 1 tablespoon of oil in it. Like so.
Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
Place potatoes onto non-stick tray.
Put potatoes into the oven for 30-40 minutes. Check occasionally until they are golden brown.
Take out of oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Put wedges on a plate and enjoy with any sauce you prefer.
