In the blender, put half of the banana.

Blend until mixture is smooth with no lumps.

Using a funnel, pour the smoothie into 4 Popsicle molds.

Now, put the other half of the banana in the blender.

Add 2 handfuls of frozen berries (you can use any frozen fruit that you chose. Mine has black berries, blueberries, and raspberries)
