How to make healthy popsicles!π¦ππππΈπππ
This is a guide for healthy and delicious Popsicles! Use any fruit you like, this is what I used. Enjoy! Feel free to comment with any questions π

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
In the blender, put half of the banana.
Add 5 frozen strawberries.
Add 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice.
Add 1 tablespoon of organic agave nectar to sweeten.
Blend until mixture is smooth with no lumps.
Using a funnel, pour the smoothie into 4 Popsicle molds.
It should look like this. Fill 4 of the molds, leaving the other 4 empty.
Now, put the other half of the banana in the blender.
Add 2 handfuls of frozen berries (you can use any frozen fruit that you chose. Mine has black berries, blueberries, and raspberries)
Add 1/2 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of organic agave nectar.
Blend until smooth with no lumps.
It will look like this (trust me, it tastes better than it looks lol)
Using the funnel, pour the smoothie into the remaining 4 Popsicle molds.
It will look like this at the end. Now you have 8 Popsicles. And 2 flavors! Yum!! ππ¦ππππππππ πππ½πππ
Put the caps on each mold.
Put the Popsicles in your freezer. Leave over night. (Minimum of 6-8 hours)
Once they're frozen, run them under hot water if they are stuck in the molds. This will make them slide out easily.

- 1.0 Popsicle tray with caps
- 1.0 Banana
- 5.0 Frozen strawberries(or fresh strawberries and ice)
- 1/2c of grapefruit juice
- 2.0Tbsp Agave nectar
- 1.0 Blender(I'll be using the magic bullet blender)
- 2.0 Handfuls of frozen berries
- 1.0 Funnel
- 1/2c Vanilla Almond Milk
