Ingredients: peanut PB2, vanilla protein, banana, maple and fruit carob syrup, almond milk, fry light, egg
Tools: pan, spatula, fork, tablespoon, knife, chopping board, bowl
Mix all ingredients (except maple sirup and fry light) in a bowl
Spray pan with fry light and put mix in the pan on medium heat (makes 3 thick pancakes)
Heat until golden on both sides
Stack on a plate (I served mine with raspberries + maple and carob fruit sirup). Enjoy😋
