How to make healthy oven-baked crispy onion rings
Healthy option for the fast food fave instead of deep frying them 👌😋👍

INGREDIENTS
2 medium size Yellow onion, ends removed, and sliced into about 1/3 of an inch.
Separate each layer of the onion to get the rings.
Put the onions inside a container or a zip lock bag
Put in the flour, seal the container and do the 'shake'... ^_^
Remove the flour-covered onions from the container and set aside
Prepare the breading... 1 egg and bread crumbs (preferably those coarse ones, Panko label)
Add the milk to the egg and seasoned with salt & pepper, you may add other spices as well. Whisk until combined.
Dip each onion ring to the egg and milk mixture.
Then cover it with bread crumbs.
On a baking sheet, arrange your breaded onion rings.
Put it into a 220 deg Celsius pre-heated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the breading turns slightly brown.
Once done, it should look something like this... 👍😊
