Ingredients
Put the onion, pepper, chili (optional), garlic in a pan with butter, if you have bacon you don't need butter, stir and season.
Add creme fraiche, stir and pour in little white wine (optional) just for the good taste :-)
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower ...
Put a tasty grated cheese over and then in to the oven in 225 C (437F) for 35 minutes.
Bon apetit! You can serve this with chicken, sausage, meat or just as it is. If you want vegetarian - don't use bacon and add some salt.
