These are the ingredients I used but you can pick any veg you prefer
Chop the vegetables into small (ish) pieces and put aside.
This is what I used to season the mince meat...
Mix the seasoning with your hands
Heat the saucepan on low/med heat and add olive oil
Put the chicken and onion into the saucepan (8mins)
Whilst that's cooking, wash the lettuce leafs
Add the rest of the veg ingredients and stir (20-30mins) - I didn't add salt but if you want to, now would be the best time.
Whilst the chicken cools down after cooking, get the pomegranate ready.
Put the chicken into the lettuce cups and add however much pomegranate you want. Wooooo enjoyyyy!

- 2.0 Lettuce leafs
- 1/2 Cranberry (optional)
- 3.0 Celery
- 1.0 Red onion
- 2.0 Spring onion
- 2.0 Green chilli
- Mixed herbs
- Garlic powder
- Chilli flakes
