Cover the pot with the cover a little ajar to prevent the boiling water from spilling out. Boil for around 10-15 mins & turn off the fire.

Put in some rock sugar to taste & leave it around another 10mins before serving. Alternatively you can stir in some honey when serving.

You can drink it warm or chill with slices of lemons. I store it in my bottle when it cools down & keep in the fridge. Finish it within 2 days is the best as to enjoy the freshness & goodness of it.

  • 1000ml of water

  • Some honey or rock sugar to taste
