INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C/ 350 F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix all the ingrediens except the dried fruit

Spread the granola evenly and place in oven between 15-20 minutes!

Set the granola to cool before adding the dried fruits

Store the granola in a large glass jar

  • 2.0c Oats
  • 1/2c Nuts ( hazelnuts, almonds etc
  • 1/2c Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2c Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2c Coconut flakes
  • 1/3c Flax seed
  • 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.0tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp Cardamom
  • 1/2Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 3.0Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2c Dried fruit of chose
