Make Healthy Gluten-Free + Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Add 1 cup peanut butter to your mixing bowl..

Throw in 2/3 cup brown sugar (make sure to pack it!)

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract! I'm using homemade vanilla extract made especially for me, by my favorite Aunty Valerie! :)

Add 2 eggs, and beat for 3 minutes in your mixer!

In a small bowl, combine 2/3 cup oats and 1 tsp baking soda!

Once mixture is fully beaten, add in oat mixture, and 2/3 cup chocolate chips!

Mix just slightly!

Drop 20 portions of dough into a parchment lined cookie sheet, and bake for 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let cool, and enjoy immensely! 🍪☺️

These babies have only have 147 calories, and 4.4 grams of protein! 👍🏼 (will y'all say "wooooahhhh" with me?)
