Ingredients: whole wheat & gf tortilla wraps, mango, red chili, lime, coriander,white fish filet, black beans, vegan butter for frying, babyleaf salad mix
Ingredients cont. : Sea salt and black pepper
Tools: frying pan, bowl, tablespoon, chopping board, chopping knife, spatula, fork
Chop all veg. Drain & rinse the black beans and cut the lime in half
Season the fish filet with a pinch of salt and pepper on each side
Fry until cooked through/as directed on pack
Mix together all veg. Add lime juice & chopped coriander.
'Shred' the fish with the fork
Add veg & fish to the tortilla/wrap. Enjoy😋
