How to make healthy egg buckets
Aside from being delicious, these egg buckets are healthy too! It's a win win!

INGREDIENTS
Start by buttering your slices of bread and cutting the crusts off- sorry I forgot a picture if this step!
Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Again, I forgot the picture, feel free to yell at me for it
After spraying your muffin tray with Pam, squish the bread into the tins so they form little buckets
Im a separate bowl, add in your eggs and the Parmesan cheese
Whisk!
Now just spoon the egg mixture into the little bread cups- I used about 2 spoonfuls each
Don't fill them up completely, leave some extra room!
Now sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top... I actually used a mix of cheddar and mozzarella, it's really just your preference
Salt and pepper...
Into the oven they go! Leave them in for about 10-15 minutes depending on the oven
Viola! Now just take them out...
