Gather all ingredients.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients (whey, flour and baking soda)
Combine egg whites and banana in a blender cup.
Combine blended mixture with dry ingredients to make ball of batter.
Pack donut tray with the batter.
Bake for 20 min at 360 F.
Enjoy and store in a fridge (if any left) (-:
- 1/2c coconut flour (or oat flour)
- 1/2c vanilla whey powder (or other flavor)
- 1.0tsp baking powder
- 1.0c egg whites
- 1.0 medium banana (overripe is best)
