Almond milk is a great alternative to cows milk. It has high in vitamins & minerals. For example: Vitamin E, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc to name a few...and of course low in fat & cholesterol free!

Place almonds in blender with water.

Blend for approx 1min or until almonds are shredded into fine pieces. I used a high-speed blender so timing may vary depending on blender power.

Use sieve to separate the milk and pulp. You can also use a milk bag or muslin cloth to strain content.

  • 1 cup of unseasoned almonds (soaked overnight)
