Gather all ingredients.
Mix feta cheese along together with the milk.
Chop bell pepper, carrot, garlic and parsley into very tiny small pieces.
Add chopped vegetables to the cheese mixture and mix all together .
Add mint powder and thyme to the mixture and mix again all together.
Put your mixture in a container and pour some olive oil over it . Keep it in the fridge and use it as snack or healthey breakfast , just spread some over a slice of toasted bread and bon appetit.

- 0.0c Low fat milk
- 1.0 Bell pepper
- 2.0 Garlic clove
- Small carrot
- 1.0Tbsp Thyme powder
- 1.0Tbsp Mint powder
