Make Healthy Chocolate Scones


Mix dry ingredients

Then mix in the wet ingredients (if dough is too dry, add teaspoon coconut oil till dough sticks together)

Add the chocolate chips

Roll into balls & flatten slightly

Bake for 12 minutes @ 400 degrs

  • 3/4c oats (ground up in blender)
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/3c cocoa
  • 1.0tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2c brown sugar
  • 2.0 egg
  • 1/2c melted coconut oil
  • 3/4c dark chocolate chips
