Add water, shredded carrots, soy sauce, a little garlic powder and a little pepper to taste. Don't use very much or it'll overpower your other ingredients! You can always add more later if you want.

Cook your ingredients in 1 tsp of olive oil on medium high for about 4 mins. Scramble your ingredients together and make sure it is all cooked. Toast your toast while you're waiting :)  1 or 2 slices
