I decided to half the recipe, so I chopped up just half a banana. Feel free to adjust servings!
Heat your pan and oil it.
Crack two eggs into a bowl. (I used one because of my halving.)
And mash the banana and egg together. I suggest using a whisk so most of the chunks are gone. But some chunks are a good thing. 😉
Pour your batter into the heated pan. You may want to spread the batter into several pourings, for more small pancakes.
Flip it like you would a normal pancake.
Mmmm perfect texture!
