STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Slice green onions. Set aside.
Get your sesame seed oil. As you can see, I use mine often - I need to buy a new bottle!
Add 1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil to wok or pan. Heat on medium high heat.
Add beef and green onions to oil. Stir fry 1 minute.
Like this.
Pour mixture into a separate bowl.
Cover bowl with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Add remaining 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil to pan.
Add coleslaw. Stir fry 30 seconds.
Like this.
Pour coleslaw into a separate bowl. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Add water to pan. It's ok to have leftover coleslaw in the liquid.
Get your Ramen (not just for college kids anymore!)
Add one packet of ramen noodles seasoning (found in package). You can set aside the other seasoning packet and use it for something else.
Stir until liquid boils (which will happen quickly).
Break ramen noodles in half and add to liquid. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef mixture. Stir.
Add coleslaw. Stir.
Add soy sauce. Stir well.
Serve and enjoy!
