Getting ingredients and equipment ready: coconut milk, canned black beans, protein powder, popsicle tray and blender
Measure 1 cup black beans
2/3 cups coconut milk (picture shows 1/3 cup)
Protein powder (this time I used casein)
Combine all in a blender cup
Blend
Pour into a bowl
Add remaining packet of stevia
Mix
Fill up popsicle tray
Transfer to a freezer and leave for several hours, or better yet overnight
And that's it :) They taste really good, like real chocolate popsicles, but only 57 calories, high protein, high fiber (thanks to beans), low sugar, low fat and low carb
