Ingredients: sweet potato, hemp flour (mine is a spiced one, but you can use plain flour as well), salt, paprika powder, rapeseed oil, eggs
Bowlx2, knife, chopping board, teaspoon
Tools cont.: Spatula
Prepare ingredients. Chop sweet potato into sticks. Put flour and spices in one bowl and egg in the other.
Dip sweet potato in the egg, then in the hemp flour. Repeat. Drizzle with olive oil and heat for 10-15 mins on 200 degrees celcius. Flip and heat for another 10-15 mins.
Take out of the oven when golden and crispy.
