This guide would be helpful to those who make their own almond milk. So i'm using this very fresh almond pulp, but if you are using almond flour you may have to add some almond milk.
Here's the leftover almond pulp; 2 cups.
Sorry about the pic. Its crunchy peanut butter. add 2 tbsp to the pulp along with the rest of the ingredients.
Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants , so why not use it in this healthy cookie.
Mix up everything and if your mixture can't be formed into little balls; which is because of the liquidy almond pulp, then use a spoon to place mixture on the sheet.
Press it to flatten a little with a fork.
Place some shredded coconut on top or flax seeds. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until the coconut is golden brown.
Yummm chewy, moist , good for you cookie
- 2.0c Almond flour or fresh almond pulp
- 5.0Tbsp Honey
- 1.0Tbsp Bittersweet cocoa powder
- 0.0c Chopped dark chocolate
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 1.0Tbsp Coconut or canola oil
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 2.0Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1.0pch Salt
- Shredded coconut(optional)
