Pan roast tomatillos until browned and soft but not mushy
Add tomatillos, hatch chiles, chiles de arbol and garlic to blender with 1/4 chicken stock. Liquify.
This is how your sauce should look.
Add chicken to sauce in stock pot. Simmer 30 min. Cool. Use as you normally would for tamales. See my guide on how to make masa and prep your corn husks if you're new to tamales.
