Preheat oven to 375
In bowl mix cream cheese brought to room temp (8 ozs)
With 3 green onions, chopped
With 1/2 yellow onion chopped
About two Carrots chopped
Garlic about a tablespoon
1 T Soy sauce
Mix well
Add water to a bowl and oil to another
Add some of mixture to the wrappers, use water to outline wrapper
Fold over
Brush both sides with oil
Lay on cooking sheet
Bake 10-15 mins until done
Makes 50
Serve plain or with dip
