Ingredient list
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, rum, oil, egg, milk and jam (yes jam), into a soft dough
Let it rest for 1-1/2 hour
Roll out the dough to the thickness of two inches and create round shapes
Let it rest for an hour
Bring oil to a temperature of 160 degrees (320F)
Fry half a minute on each side
It should look something like this
Beautiful!
Can be filled with jam, chocolate, or whatever you like
