Then chop yer ham in nice thick slices. The best ham here is Tasso, a Cajun smoked ham from Louisiana. My butcher didn't have it today, so I'm using this cheapo chunk ham.  Just don't use lunch meat.

Three or four of these will bring you right back to life. That habanero tabasco will give you a nice excuse to keep hydrating! Eat them very slowly on the porch in the sunshine.
