I bought these cute paper cups and decorations for my Halloween theme.
Separate the meat from seeds.

Blend the meat for at smooth paste.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and the same with the wet.
And mix them all together.
Ad the pumpkin meat.
If you have to much, put in a container and freeze it. Then you can use it for other things like pancakes.
Whisk all the ingredients for the frosting, and put it in the refrigerator.
I prefer to use ad cupcake pan but my oven is so small right now. But fill the cupcakes cups, and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 13 - 15 min.
Poke the cupcake with a toothpick to see if it's done.
Put the frosting in a piping bag and put it on the cupcake, as the decoration and som sprinkles.
With the pumpkin head I made the other day.
- 195.0g Flour
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4tsp Dry grounded ginger
- 1/4tsp Dry grounded cloves
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 115.0g Unsalted butter
- 200.0g Sugar
- 2.0 Eggs
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 75.0g Pumpkin
- Frosting
- 25.0g Soft butter
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 175.0g Powdered sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Lemon juice
- if necessary. a few drops of orange food coloring
- 115.0g Cream cheese
