Make Halloween Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Fill a medium saucepan 1/2 full of water. Bring to a boil.
Place small pot inside larger pot. Allow water to simmer.
Add candy coating to melt.
Stir occasionally to melt evenly.
Use spoon to cover rods with melted chocolate.
Cut Xs in box about an inch across.
Use a knife to smooth the chocolate and get rid of excess chocolate.
Place rods in slitted box.
Save extra orange chocolate. Allow it to cool at room temperature.
Cover with sprinkles.
Repeat with dark chocolate.
Use more sprinkles! (The one in the front is falling because that X I cut was too big! Lesson learned.)
To create a tiger effect, drip hot dark chocolate onto the orange pretzels.
Place the cooled orange chocolate on the cooling burner. Use a knife to drizzle the cooling chocolate onto the dark chocolate rods.
The stringy cooled chocolate doesn't clump as much as hot chocolate does.
Allow all the rods to cool for at least an hour. You don't want the chocolate to be melty when you wrap the rods.
Tear a piece of plastic wrap that is about 6 inches wide.
Place a cooled rod at the bottom edge of the plastic, in the center of the width.
Fold the top down over the rod. It will go about 2/3 of the way down the rod.
Fold one side of the plastic across to the other side.
Roll it up!
Repeat!
Arrange into bundles and cut a piece of ribbon about 10 inches long.
Tie around the bundles.
You're done! These are great little gifts or party favors!
