Ingredients: Good quality haggis eg Mcsweens; Grated carrot; Diced and sweat shallot; Garlic; Cumin; Paprika; Salt and pepper; Grated ginger; Egg yolk; Spring roll pastry

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Mix all ingredients together and roll into sausages.
Cut a section of your haggis, egg wash your pastry.
Fold either side of your pastry over the haggis.
And roll into a spring roll!!!
Wal la!!! Easy peasy!!!
