Put grease proof paper on a tray

Spread a thin layer of oil on the tray

Knead the dough with your hands

Like so

Sprinkle flour on your table surface

Roll out the pastry until it becomes quite thin

Cut the pastry using a circular frame

Add a teaspoon on jam

Fold over two sides

Now the bottom

Press the corners with a fork

^


Beat the egg
Glaze the pine tarts

And put it into the oven for approx 15mins
