Pick three eggs which you will hard-boil


Finely chop half a red onion

Put in a bowl

Add the chives

Add the mayonnaise

Add the crème fraîche

Chop the eggs


This is the anchovies. You buy it in a can and it's allready filleted and ready to eat.

Save the juice in the can and chop the fish


Now you have used all the ingredients. It's time to stir.

Pour in some of the juice from the anchovies. I used about one table spoon. Taste and see how much you will use. The juice is quite salty.

Put in the fridge for one hour (or more) before you eat. Enjoy!
