INGREDIENTS
Cut the avacados into half
Scoop the avacados from the shell
Smash with a fork. They should be a little chunky.
Add 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup cilantro and green chillies to taste.
Squeeze in 2 lemons.
Add in salt
And ground black pepper
Mix well and done
Tip: Use mortar & pestle to grind onions and cilantro for authentic taste. Can also add chopped tomatoes just before serving.
