gather supplies and cut potatoes in slices on clean cutting board... Thinner slices give you crispier chips
Add ingredients to sliced potatoes and make sure to coat well, especially the oil... Add more or less spiced to suite your taste
Spread evenly on baking tray. Bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees F
While potatoes are baking gather ingredients for guacamole
OPPS😁! I forgot to capture the slicing and blending of ingredients... Pretty much you put the measured ingredients (except lime) in a blender and let it mix to your preference (chunky or smooth)
Flip potatoes, gently squeeze lime over for taste and bake an additional 15 mins
Place guacamole in plate, squeeze lime juice over it, add chips and enjoy! 😊
