STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Prepare all the necessary ingrediates (see supplies) on a chopping board
Start with the avocados
Cut the flesh of the avodado around the large seed
Grab the avocado with both hands and turn the two parts in opposite direction to seperate from the seed.
This is how it should look once cut in half. The seed will stick to one part of the avocado.
Cut hard into the seed with your knife then turn the knife to get the seed out of the flesh.
This is how the avocado looks once cut in half and the seed is taken out.
Start peeling the avocadoe by putting your finger between the skin and the flesh of the avocado. If you can't do it with your hands, to it carefully with a knife.
Chop the tomatos into smaller pieces.
Chop the chilli into smaller pieces.
Put every vegetable into a large bowl.
Chop the onions into smaller pieces.
Chop the garlic into finely.
Add lime to the chopped vegetables.
Add some cayenne chili powder if you like.
Blend all the vegetables thoroughly.
Add some olive oil to the mixture.
Once you are done put the guacamole on a freshly toasted bread.
