INGREDIENTS
These are all the ingredients and tools that you need as well as a bowl and bacon
Start with your fresh jalapeños. These are too large for my rack as you will see
With your coring tool hollow out each pepper after cutting off the tops
Make sure to remove the complete core and you're going to wash out the seeds
Wash out all of the seeds leaving none behind
Drain
Cook your bacon until it's crispy making it easier to chop
Finely chop
Mix 1/3 cup of cream cheese 1/4 cup of brown sugar your bacon and then put it into the microwave to soften it up to make it easier to spoon into the peppers
Fill each of the peppers with the mixture
Place the peppers into the rack and then put them on the grill. As you can see from this picture my peppers were just a little bit too large and hard to stand up in the rack
Keep any leftover mixture for the following morning for bagels
Finally scoop out anything left in the bowl
And lick the spoon
