INGREDIENTS
This recipe makes on tenderloin but I like to double it & cook 2 because I love leftovers & this tastes amazing the 2nd day.
Put pork tenderloin into a freezer bag.
Spray measuring cook w/ cooking spray before measuring honey. Trust me it will pour right out of the measuring cup w/o leaving any behind.
Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl ...
... mix well.
Pour marinade into freezer bag & marinate for 4 hours or even better over night in the fridge.
Before grilling cut tenderloin in half lengthwise but not all the way through. Oh & reserve marinade for basting.
Preheat grill to 350 & after adding tenderloin to grill brush it w/ the marinade turn every 3 mins 3x's brushing w/ marinade each time.
Sorry about pic quality my brother took the pics for me. Continue cooking flipping every 3 min's another 3 x's or until internal temp is 155*.
Let rest for 10 minutes & then serve.
