Thinly slice chicken breasts, coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and a bit of hot paprika.
Use non stick grill pan heated on medium to high
Grill chicken, waiting for edges to turn white before flipping. Use two different forks. One for raw side, one when handling cooked chicken
Sometimes when you flip, the chicken may still be raw. You may need to flip several times. Let it cook couple per minutes per side.
Notice the nice grill marks. That's the olive oil coating.
Ready to eat, or cut up into a salad for chicken salad.
