How to make grill capsicum salad with roasted garlic
+with slice beef (leftover steak) and balsamic reduction

How to grill and peel capsicum
Set your oven to grill
And go to the highest temp you can
Wait for the oven to get hot while u wait u can wash your capsicum and dry them
1) Put them on a tray that cover with foil cuz they will release a lot of liquid so u don't need To scrub ur tray later 2) add a little bit of olive oil salt and pepper 3) close the oven ;)
I'm peeling them for salad so I add garlic to be roasted As u can see the green one starting to burn don't be panic let it burn like usher...
You want them to be burnt like this so they're easy to peel cover them with foil to keep them warm if it cool down it will be quite difficult to peel
Let it burn let it burn gotta let it burn
See the burnt bit just use ur hand to peel them off and u will see pretty little thing inside
And this is what it's look like after u peel it
Tips:cuz I know it's hot and you don't wanna drop it like its hot so if it's too hot for any of you guys just pull of the top and cut them in haft let the water inside out and that should help a bit
All peel ready to cut in to stripe
When u pull the top off sometime the seeds stay in and you don't want that so just use ur knife to scrape them off
And u are done here add them Into anything make ratatouille!! But I'm adding mine to salad wanna see? Let's slice to the next page
After scrape off the seed I stack them Up and cut into stripe
Like so..u can see roasting capsicum liquid on the tray don't throw them Away add it to ur salad dressing
Here is my salad dressing ..capsicum have a distinctive flavor so just a simple balsamic reduction sea salt and olive oil
I have some left over steak from last night so I slice them really thin to add on to my salad
So now we have Salad leafs, Cherry tomato Our grills capsicum And thinly slice left over steak
Now just mix them up bit of these and that But if u don't eat meat add some grill mushroom that would be nice too this pic here have no meat
Now this one is with the left over steak
Tips: you could serve them Warm or cold its up to you but as for me Today serving them super cold cuz it's 40c degree over here... Have fun cooking ;)
- 3.0 Capsicum
- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1.0pch Salt
