How to make green tea ice cream

Here are all the ingredients needed !!! I think u can find the powder mix in an Asian groceries shop . Any milk is fine .

Many people have asked me if they could use any green tea powder .The answer is no ! This special green tea powder mix is specific for making ice cream so everything ingredients are already included.

In the measuring cup add 200 ml / 1 cup

Pour the whole green tea powder mix into the bowl

Add the measured milk into the bowl

Mix well with the whisk until thickens it should take around 2~3 mins with a batter but with a whisk around 5~6 mins if you have a strong wrist

Pour into the container

Close it tightly

And put into the freezer for at least 3 hours and you're ready to go !!! The best would be to let it freeze overnight ! Bon appetit
