INGREDIENTS
Assemble all ingredients
Choose your garlic clove and take off skin
Cut clove in half lengthwise
Slice garlic lengthwise into little thin strips
Gather garlic and then chop it into small diced pieces
All garlic is chopped
Mix in the yogurt, Parmesean, seasoning, and garlic.
All mixed up!
Make sure to preheat your oven to 375*
My special trick to flavorful and juicy chicken is to "Fork" it. Take a fork and pierce the breast all over, left and right, up and down!
Sprinkle a little extra Parmesean in baking dish with a little oil (about 2 Tbsp) drizzled over
Place chicken in dish and cover liberally with yogurt mixture
Place in oven
Set timer to 45 min
Chicken is all done!
I use one giant breast so I sliced it in half. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies... Enjoy!
- 1.0 Chicken Breast
- 1.0c Greek Yogurt
- 1/2c Grated Parmesean
- 1.0Tbsp Favorite Seasoning with salt in it
- 1.0 Garlic clove chopped
