INGREDIENTS
Prepare 250gr of potato. Yukon gold or russet. Peel and wash under cold water. Dry with kitchen paper
Cut into wedges
Drizzled with approx 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Drizzled with juice of half lemon, but if you happen to use concentate lemon, please combine 2 tsp of concentrate lemon with 3 tsp of water
Seasoned with salt and pepper
Add in 2 garlic cloves (crushed) or 1 tbsp of garlic powder (at least). The more the merrier :)
Sprinkle some dried oregano, about 1 tsp. Be careful coz dried herbs can burn
Toss toss and put this baby in a microwave for 15 minutes (on high). If you like some spicy kick, sprinkle some ground paprica
Sprinkle some dried parsley for color. The potato color would be golden brown on the outside and fluffy fork-tender in the inside
Crumb some fetta cheese for perfection :) serve immediately with your main course. Enjoy :)
