Unroll phyllo pastry pack
Cut each sheet into three rectangles, so that each slice can generously fit on each strip
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese at one end of the phyllo strip, leave a 1-2cm border
Roll pastry into a cylinder, folding in the sides as you roll to form a seal
Pour breadcumbs in a bowl
Break the eggs into a bowl
Season them with salt and whisk them briskly
Pour the oil into a skillet
Roll each flute into the beaten egg mixture
Then roll it into the breadcrumbs
Put them into the skillet
