INGREDIENTS
Gather all your ingredients
Dice the onion into small pieces
Put the onions on a heated frying pan
Add a little oil
Chop the garlic finely
And add the garlic quickly to the onions
Cut up the bacon into small strips
Get a saucepan and fill up with water with a little oil and salt
Stir the onion and garlic for a few minutes to soften
Put a colander aside in the sink and wait for further instructions
Add the bacon in the process after a few minutes
Grate half a cup of Parmesan cheese
Once water is on a rolling boil add the pasta
And stir for a few minutes
Once the onion, garlic and bacon is brown leave aside and turn heat off
Wait until pasta is al dente
Pour pasta into colander
Once pasta is strained put the pasta back in the saucepan
Add the 3 eggs in
Add the bacon, onion and garlic into pasta. Note: pasta still needs to be hot during stirring process
Add some Parmesan cheese ontop
Once well stirred it's almost ready to serve
Season with salt and pepper to your taste
Add a little Parmesan cheese
And your Greek Carbonara is ready to serve!!! Enjoy

- 2.0 Cloves of Garlic
- 500.0 Grams of Penne Pasta
- 250.0 Grams of Bacon
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1/2 A cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1.0 Table spoon oil
- 1.0 Frying pan
- 1.0 Saucepan
- 1.0 Wooden spoon
- 1.0 Colander
- Bowls
- Forks
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
