INGREDIENTS
Buy some lamb shanks one per person but if you can only find small ones the 2 per person
Wash and chop your veggies and thing go's
Wash your lamb shanks
You should be able to find lamb shank spice for all kinds of meals if you can't onion soup will do I am using a packet made to go in a slow cooker for like 8 hours i don't have 8 hours lol
Salt
Ties for the oven bags
Get some oven bags
Mix the veggies ,lamb shanks , spice and salt in a big bowl coating everything well
Once you place the lamb shanks in do the same with the veggies
Divide the veggies in 1/2 and place in with the lamb shanks
A little water per bag
Tie the oven bag so it looks like this
Now fold back the front bit I like to double tie mine
Make sure everything is that even
Simply poke a few holes in the plastic not too big
As you can see as pressure rises in the bag it fills up with steam giving you a pressure cooker affect Cook for two hours at 160° or till tender
And there we have it ready to enjoy , if you're sauce did not thicken to you liking you can thicken it befor you server up
