Take your foam sheet

Cut it into squares. About 2" x 2"

Cut pieces of string. About 2.5" long.

Use your tool to poke a hole through the middle of the square.

Use your tool to feed the string through the hole.

Pull the string through a little bit

Tape the string in place.

Add a small drop of hot glue to the center where the hole is.

Add small bead. You can also use sequins, jewels or anything of the sort.

Tape loop to the top of a bottled drink. I prefer using mini size drinks.

And there you have it! A simple way to decorate for a grad party.
