Ingredients
Set out your cream cheese for 1 hour before using it. This is to make it easier to spread.
A little bit at a time, spread the cream cheese carefully onto your croccantini. Don't press too hard or it will crack!
Cover the whole cracker
Make sure your stir the pesto before spreading it as all the oil floats to the top.
Be generous with the pesto.
Leave a little cream cheese showing on the edges for a fancy look
Tada!
Add olives - to taste
This snack is great to take to parties, just break up your croccantini into bite sized pieces.
