Here are the ingredients you will need.
Set the meat on a plate to thaw.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl like this bowl here (see supplies for measurements).
Once the ingredients are all together, stir well until the honey gets blended in.
Take the meat out of the package once it is thawed.
Pull the meat apart into small chunks.
With a sharp knife, trim the fat off of the small chunks of meat. Throw away the pieces of meat that are mostly fat.
Here is all of my meat that was good.
Put all of the meat into a 1 gallon ziplock bag.
Pour the marinade into the ziplock bag too.
Squeeze most of the air out and place it flat in the refrigerator and let it marinade overnight.
Mine has been marinating for about 22 hours now.
Empty the bag into a bowl.
Use tongs to place the marinating meat into your dehydrator.
The meat can touch because it will shrink.
Now let it dehydrate for at least 24 hours.
Now it's done! Total time used 72 hours (3 days)

- 2/3c Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3c Soy Sauce
- 1.0Tbsp Honey
- 2.0tsp Black Pepper
- 2.0tsp Onion powder
- 1.0tsp Crushed Red Pepper
