Fry your chicken in the ground but oil until brown then remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm
Dry the chicken until browned
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer
Put a lid on it until it reduces
Serve with a cucumber and chilli salad
- 3 spring onions
- 1red chilli
- 2cm Ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- Light soy sauce
- Groundnut oil
- Chicken thighs
- Water
- Honey
